Seven Eleven craze

What's so special about Seven Eleven?  Well,  i can't tell you for sure.  It's completely not the same as nine eleven... that black friday saga.
Seven Eleven is a name of a mini market which provides a kind of beverage called Slurpee.  Slurpee is...errr...frozen soda...? (sort of like that) with various flavors like apple, grape, cola... The kids are really crazy about it. 
For Farhan, he can drink Slurpee the whole day.  When we went to Singapore few months ago,  he would buy one big gulp in the morning and another one in the afternoon.  It happened every day of our staying in Singapore.
For the girls, being in Seven Eleven is not only about having Slurpee.  It's also the hotdog, iced chocolate, baked macaroni , and associates.  No matter how 'bete' they are while being on the way, once they end up at SevEl, they will be immediately energized.   It happens to Farhan too.  He was really 'bete' following his mom and me walking along the Orchard Road.  But when his mom finally brought him to SevEl and let him get the big gulp, his face immediately shone.
For my nephew and nieces,  SevEl is magical.

Aunt and niece

Dara is a big girl now.  She is already as tall as Twind.  And unlike when she was smaller, Dara doesn't like being photographed.  Look at her in the picture...  :p

My way to speak with him

Hari demi hari makin terasa dia makin beranjak remaja.  Makin sibuk dgn dunianya.  Kadang msh spt anak2,  tapi di waktu lain bicaranya sdh kaya org dewasa.  Sudah bs kasih nasihat.

Sifat dasarnya tetap meledak-ledak.  Kita yg dewasa hrs pintar2 liat situasi.

Kalo baca berita dan dengar info dunia remaja skrg,  ngeri rasanya.  Was-was ttg apa aja yg dia lakukan di luar sana.  Belakangan, aku punya cara baru bkomunikasi dgn dia.  Whatsapp-an.  Sejak dia punya android,  aku lgs install whatsapp di hp nya.  Lumayan lancar.  Seenggaknya bisa dilacak dia sdg apa n dimana.  Semoga dia selalu jujur ya.

Untuk urusan mengingatkan,  aku baru aja menemukan cara baru.  Via status fb.  Sbnrnya cara ini kudapat dr dia sendiri.  Waktu kmrn dia kesal sm mamanya,  dia pasang status fb.  Otomatis kita nih om n tante (tmsk mamanya pasti)  paham suasana hatinya. 

Nah,  kalo dia bisa 'bicara' via fb,  kita ikuti aja cara dia,  bukan?  :)
